So, as therapy, here's how it should go:
- Busy Finds house tomorrow
- I see house Friday, we make an offer
- We have an anxious weekend
- Offer is accepted Tuesday
- We close May 1st ish...
- We can leisurely move out of our apartment with time to spare...

What has actually happened:
Realtor called, houses going in one day be prepared to bid tomorrow morning.
Also mentioned we will most likely get into bidding war over home.
Bank will probably take 3 weeks to accept offer.
But don't worry, she will help us find temporary housing if we need it.
sheesh!
Oh my goodness! That's rediculous! What is taking the bank so long? I thought things were supposed to be getting better with the whole bidding war environment. That's it- just come move up here!
